RETAIL SALES TRAINING …. Sales people are not born. They may have inherit personality traits that help them, but training, knowledge and implementation makes the difference between mediocre and greatness.

Product knowledge, along with the presentation of that knowledge, is an ongoing education. Product Knowledge is normally provided by the Employer or Manager. I can provide suggestions to those managers on how to train their people on Manager Orientated videos. Knowledge equals success.
Reading the customer is a skill that all great Salespeople must master. I produce many videos on this subject. Videos include reading body language, hearing what the Customer is REALLY SAYING, how to obtain information in a non combative format, and many others.
The Salesperson . . . I produce many videos regarding how a Salesperson should dress, speak, be knowledgeable without condescending, lead the Customer in the process, and many other important traits that are crucial for success.
Product demonstration may vary between actual products, but there are many common factors and actions. What is said, may NOT as important as HOW it is said. I create many videos on how to interview and speak with the Customer prior to the demonstration with being an interrogation.
Vehicle trade in units are generally valuated by a Sales Manager, in private. I show how a great Salesperson is able to have the Customer devaluate their own vehicles value, prior to the negotiation process. Many videos are dedicated to the art of vehicle valuation perceptions.
Negotiations may be managed by a Sales Manager with little input of the Salesperson, or rely greatly on the Salesperson/Customer relationship. I produce videos for both scenarios. Specialized videos can be produced for specific procedures based on the Employer or Sales Mangers wants and needs.
These are a few of the topics I cover. I can create videos to meet specifically requested topics. Videos are generally 1/2 hour in length. I do not intend to hold your staff hostage, or simply wear them out. The videos are produced to be highly informative, and sometimes humorous to retain attention. I suggest viewing them as a group at a weekly sales meeting with the Sales Manager. This provides the opportunity for the group to have a short discussion or input amongst themselves. This discussion allows the Sales Manager to observe if any Salesperson is having trouble grasping a concept.
REAL ESTATE ASSISTANCE …. I am NOT a Licensed Agent or Broker. I can not perform direct showings, negotiations, or enter into Sales Contracts. I do offer Video Training on Real Estate Sales. Additionally, most RE Agents/Brokers will gain great benefits from the RETAIL SALES TRAINING VIDEOS mentioned above. Most of the training in those videos are easily adapted to RE Sales.

Quality Production of Videos and Photos of properties offered for sale can easily be considered the most important component of proper marketing. I have owned and sold several 7 figure valued homes and commercial RE. I am fluent in the importance of being thorough, factually correct, easy to follow and showing details that increase salability and or valuation. There is never a replacement for 1st impressions. And in todays world, those 1 st impressions are usually through online presence. Videos can be produced from high quality photographs, and the actual walk through format. Videos may have audio voice descriptions of the features of the property, text descriptions and/or a music background.
I can offer Marketing Plans, for specific properties. This includes labor intensive bi-daily unique posts on various social media that is likely to create interest in the property. New versions of the posts are created every time to avoid “stale” reposting. Links to the Agent or Broker website can be utilized, for additional website traffic and comparing Stats. These posts may contain a video, or short spots of a video.
